Background

Jonathan is a tech entrepreneur and educator, with three decades of experience of growing businesses.

A BGP alumnus (2006), and a Visiting Fellow at 裸聊直播, he is a digital strategy and AI specialist who works with owner-managers to sharpen their marketing, strengthen customer engagement, and drive sustainable, profitable growth. He was described by New York Business Expo as a 鈥渕arketing change agent鈥�

He is the Founder/CEO at Growva, an organisation which supports business leaders and owner-managers to grow faster by aligning their digital strategy and adopting AI with clarity and confidence, and building the in-house capability to drive sustainable, self-sufficient growth.

He is also co-host of the 鈥淎I Moment鈥� podcast, which provides practical AI advice to owner-managers and business leaders.

Previous roles include:

- Chairman at Struto, a UK based HubSpot Elite partner agency.

- Co-founder and Managing Director of Connectology, an IT network services business, achieving a top ten place in the Sunday Times Fast Track.

- Co-founder and board director of Adactus, an e-commerce development business through its launch and strong early-stage growth.

- Co-founder and Managing Director of Project Vision, a IT network solutions specialist through its launch and rapid growth to 2015.

He is married to the ever-patient Louise, and is father to two wonderful children, who are rapidly turning into young adults.
