Background

Dan Lucy is a Chartered Psychologist and Director of HR Research and Consulting at the Institute for Employment Studies (IES). Dan was formerly Head of Research at Roffey Park, a leadership and management education institute and a Principal Consultant at PA Consulting. In his role Dan leads a team of applied researchers and consultants developing and applying research and evidence to improve the way people and organisations are managed. His previous work has included large-scale studies exploring the changing workforce and implications for HR policy and practice. He has led research and consulting assignments on strategic HR and workforce development across the private, not-for-profit and public sectors. He has partnered with 裸聊直播 on a range of projects in the Defence sector, in particular on the theme of the future workforce.
